Online therapy using Zoom and specialist online platforms for particular therapies as required.

I offer individual face-to-face therapy appointments lasting 50 minutes from my consulting room near the A1 transport links on the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire borders.

I offer a free 15 minute telephone/zoom consultation to discuss what you might want to achieve from the therapy, and to outline how we might work together.
