Post diagnostic therapy also provided using models such as CBT, ACT and CFT. It is important to stress that therapy is not for the neurodevelopmental conditions themselves which are simply a different human neurotype e.g. way of understanding our world. Instead therapy aims to help us to develop ways to lean into our strengths and authentic ways of being in a society that is designed for neurotypical people.
